Pia is proud to be part of her family’s business, Oxhaven Communities, and its tradition of good people and good neighbors. Outside of work, you’ll find her playing tennis, getting outdoors, or adventuring in search of her next favorite meal.

Staci started working with us in November of 2019. Staci enjoys baking treats, singing, and spending time with her family.

You can find Marilu working at both the Oxhaven and Juniper Hills offices. When she's not making sure everything is running smoothly in the office, Marilu enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, and fur-baby, Oreo the dog, who can be spotted in the office from time to time.

Dawn joined the Oxhaven team at the begining of 2025 as an Administrative/Leasing Assistant. Dawn enjoys working in her yard, going for walks, spending time with her family and her cat Luna.
